Once the completed application and a $500 non-refundable application fee have been received by the club, it will be reviewed by the membership committee. Upon approval, the application will be presented to the Board of Governors for election into membership. The $500 application fee is applied towards the membership initiation fee.
Voting Equity
Applicants must be 21 years of age. An applicant may join under this classification for a one-time initiation fee of $13,500 plus tax. Voting Equity members have full rights and privileges of the club including golf, dining, swimming and tennis. The member will be considered a full voting member, and will be eligible to vote and be elected to the Board of Governors. The Voting Equity Membership category is limited to 260 memberships.
Golf Awaiting Equity
If an applicant is over 36 years of age, the initiation fee is $15,000 plus tax. An individual may join under this classification for an initial payment of $3,000 per year for five years. This individual would be considered a Voting Equity member once the initiation fee is paid in full.
Golf Awaiting Equity members have full rights and privileges of the club, including golf, dining, swimming and tennis. This classification is limited to 35 members (families). Members (families) are allowed to join only one time under this membership classification. All other fees (annual dues, debt reduction payments, food and beverage minimums and golf fees) will remain the same as the Voting Equity membership.
Junior Associate
If an applicant is between the ages of 21 and 27 years of age, the initiation fee is $10,500 plus tax. An individual may join under this classification for an initial payment of $1,500 per year for seven years. This category is limited to 15 memberships.
If an applicant is between the ages of 28 and 35 years of age, the initiation fee is $12,000 plus tax. An individual may join under this classification for an initial payment of $2,000 per year for six years. This category is limited to 25 memberships.
Junior Associate members are entitled to all privileges of the club with the exception of voting rights. Dues and debt retirement charges will increase based on the age of the member at the beginning of the year.
Social Members
This membership entitles the member the use of all club facilities except golf. The 2007 initiation fee is $1,500, the 2008 initiation fee is $2,000. Social members are permitted to golf up to 3 times per year, paying regular green fees and cart fees.
Clubhouse Members
This membership entitles the member the use of the club dining facilities.The 2007 initiation fee is $750, the 2008 initiation fee is $1,000.
