Food Service
- No services will be available on Monday except from the snack bar between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
- All food and beverage consumed on club property must be purchased from the club.
- No food or beverage will be permitted on Club property without the approval of the club's management staff.
- The club's winter shutdown will take place in the month of January. The exact dates are determined every year.
- Breakfast is available Saturday and Sunday starting at 8:30 a.m.
Bar Policies
- Persons under 21 shall not be served alcoholic beverages or permitted to occupy bar stools or stand at the bar.
- All alcoholic beverages consumed on club property must be served from the club bars and drank on the club property.
- No liquor will be sold or consumed on Club premises by any person who is or appears to be intoxicated.
- Any bar(s) will close at 12:00am, midnight, unless a written request for extension is submitted to the Board for review at the monthly meeting preceding the event. Exception will be made for Club events.
Restricted Areas
- Persons under 18 years of age will be permitted when accompanied by an adult in the bar and lounge area. Parents will be responsible for the conduct of their children for observance of all rules.
- Persons under the age of 16 shall be permitted in the locker room area of the club only when accompanied with a parent. Children over the age of four are only permitted in same sex locker areas.
- Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the Mens Grille and those between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult (exceptions may apply for special events).
Cancellations A 24-hour cancellation policy on parties or if made with less than 24 hours notice will result in charges levied as established by the club for the event.
Cellular Telephones
We ask that members needing to use cell phones within the club please put them on vibrate and excuse themselves from dining areas while making and receiving calls.
Complaints
Members should not reprimand or interfere with employees of the club. Complaints of a serious nature should be made in writing to the appropriate committee chairman, club general manager or the Board of Governors.
Dress Code
Lunch Casual dress is appropriate for all dining areas. No cutoffs, short shorts or swimming attire please. Golf and tennis attire is permissible.
Dinner Windows Dining Room - Jackets are not required, but are encouraged for gentlemen. No denim allowed except for Sunday night buffet.
Crow Cafe, Grille Room, and Crow's Nest Lounge - Casual dress, no cutoffs, short shorts or swimming attire please. Denim is permissible (must be free of holes, tears and rips).
Hats and Caps Men and boys may only wear hats, caps or headwear in the Men's Grille. Ladies may wear hats, caps or other headwear on premise. We would expect all members to adhere to a proper and appropriate manner of dress in all of the facilities of the club.
Locker Rooms Our locker room areas are for the enjoyment of all members of Crow Valley Golf Club.
Pets Dogs and other pets are prohibited on Club property.
Service Charges Food and beverage items will be billed monthly at eighteen percent (18%) service charge to be added to all checks. Sales tax will be included on all food and beverage checks. Sales tax will also be included on all other charges.
Smoking in Clubhouse Smoking is limited to the Crow's Nest Lounge and the Men's Grille. Please refrain from smoking in locker rooms and other club public areas.
Pool Access Policy Members must register when entering the pool and declare their guests so appropriate charges can be made. Members are defined as: member on record, members spouse, dependent children and unmarried sons or daughters who reside in the same household as the member. Exception: Nannies or Baby-sitters - the member in their absence may designate one individual as responsible for their children, but this must be done in advance by notifying the Pool Manager or the Club Manager.
A resident guest is welcome when accompanied by a member up to five visits per year. Guests of members are the responsibility of the member. Any abuse of this policy might result in expulsion. Pool guest fees are $3.00 per guest.
Pool Rules Children who are not competent swimmers, or will not be entering fourth grade in the fall, must be accompanied to the pool and watched by an adult.
- TOWELS ARE THE CLUB'S PROPERTY AND MUST REMAIN ON SITE
- Pay attention to the whistle of the guards - it is for your own protection.
- Do not talk to guards when they are on duty in the guard chairs.
- A lifeguard must be on duty before any group or person may enter the pool.
- Only one person will be allowed on the diving board at a time, except with special permission of the lifeguard.
- Use of the diving board may be prohibited at any time at the discretion of the guard on duty.
- All swimmers are liable to dismissal for any conduct deemed inappropriate by the lifeguards.
- Tag and other water games may only be played with the expressed permission of the guards.
- Flotation devices, facemasks, snorkels will be restricted when necessary.
- No balls or Frisbees will be allowed in the pool or on the pool deck without the permission of the guards.
- Absolutely no glass of any kind will be permitted inside the pool area.
- No swimming in the diving area - especially under the diving board.
- Non-swimmers must stay in shallow water. A swimming test conducted by the lifeguards must be passed before being admitted into deep water.
- The pool may be closed at the discretion of the club management especially in the event of bad weather.
- NO RUNNING, PUSHING, OR DUNKING IS PERMITTED
- NO DIVING FROM THE SIDE OF THE POOL OR FROM THE SIDE OF THE DIVING BOARD
- NO ROUGH PLAY PERMITTED
- Any club event or private party at the pool will have a closing time of 12:00am, midnight.
- Any evening private event in excess of 100 people will require the presence of security personnel. Expenses will be billed to the host/hostess.
- The host/hostess will be responsible to adjust the noise level in the event of noise complaints from the surrounding residents.
Tennis Rules Players must wear tennis shoes and dress appropriately. Players are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship, no profanity or abusive language allowed. Food, glass containers or beverage cans are not allowed on the courts. Please pick up any litter or debris before leaving the court. Also, please report any problems to the club pro, club manager or tennis committee, this will insure that necessary repairs are quickly made and the courts properly maintained.
Tipping It is the policy of this Club that there be no tipping of employees other than coat check attendants, valets, shoe care, and golf bag personnel. Exception: If a member wishes to extend an additional gratuity for exceptional service, they may do so.
Personal & Club Property The club shall not be responsible for the destruction, theft, loss of, or for damage to property of any member or guest of a member, whether property is in lockers or elsewhere. All such property left in the building or on the grounds of the club or transported by employees of the club shall be at the owner's risk.
Any property of the club removed or damaged by a member or his guests shall be paid for by the member.
